Position Overview
As Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist, you will ensure the right spare parts and components are available at the right time and place, continuously developing INTILION’s inventory management. You’ll steer and optimize material flows along the entire supply chain — from international suppliers through logistics partners to on-site energy projects — while actively shaping supply chain processes, questioning existing workflows, and bringing new ideas to make the organization scalable and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Material Flow Management
- Ensure the right spare parts and components are available at the right time and place
- Continuously develop and improve inventory management practices
- Steer and optimize material flows along the entire supply chain
- Coordinate from international suppliers through logistics partners to on-site energy projects
Battery Storage Project Coordination
- Coordinate material supply for battery storage projects
- Ensure smooth operations together with internal and external partners
- Monitor stock levels, availability, and delivery dates
- Derive the right measures to maintain high delivery capability
Process Improvement & Inventory Control
- Actively shape supply chain processes and question existing workflows
- Bring new ideas to make the organization scalable and future-ready
- Plan and coordinate stocktaking to ensure transparency and quality in warehouse inventories
- Manage master data, stock controls, and inventory audits
Logistics Partner & Invoice Management
- Steer collaboration with warehouse and logistics service providers
- Serve as the central point of contact for logistics partners in daily operations
- Review and approve invoices from logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and budget control
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- Alternatively, commercial or technical training with relevant logistics/supply chain experience
Experience Requirements
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, material planning, or inventory management
- Understanding of how efficient material flows work in a growing company
- Prior collaboration with external logistics and warehousing service providers
Essential Skills
- Confident use of data to drive decisions on stock levels, KPIs, and process optimization
- Experience with stocktaking, inventory control, and master data management
- Good understanding of cost structures, budget control, and invoice review
- Secure use of ERP systems (ideally SAP) and Microsoft 365
- Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style across multiple projects
- Very good German and good English language skills
