Position Overview
As Associate – Supply Chain, you will design and develop strategic initiatives in supply chain management to scale, increase efficiency, and professionalize Enpal’s organization. You’ll develop concepts for optimizing purchasing, logistics, and SCM processes, drive digital transformation through automation and advanced analytics, manage cross-functional projects with purchasing, logistics, fulfillment, finance, and tech teams, and translate business-critical challenges into data-driven, measurable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Supply Chain Design
- Design and develop strategic initiatives in supply chain management to scale the organization
- Increase efficiency and professionalize SCM processes company-wide
- Develop concepts for optimizing purchasing, logistics, and SCM workflows
- Unlock new value creation potential along the supply chain
Digital Transformation & Analytics
- Drive digital transformation across supply chain management functions
- Identify use cases for automation, advanced analytics, and AI
- Analyze business-critical challenges and develop data-driven solutions
- Derive concrete measures with clear, measurable business impact
Cross-Functional Project Leadership
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects with purchasing, logistics, and fulfillment
- Align initiatives with finance, tech, and other key departments
- Work closely with technology and product teams on scalable processes
- Build systems and structures that support long-term SCM organization growth
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an analytical or strategic, dynamic environment (e.g., strategy consulting or scale-up)
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in dynamic organizations

- High strategic thinking skills and pronounced problem-solving competence
- Ability to address complex issues in a structured manner
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience with executives
