As Operation Coordinator, you sit inside the Operation Team and keep the warehouse floor on track. You coordinate inbound, picking and outbound activities, allocate tasks based on resource planning, and flag constraints before they become problems.  Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards and Behaviour-Based Safety practices
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory and company policies
Daily Operations Coordination
- Coordinate daily inbound, picking and outbound activities to meet SLAs
- Allocate tasks based on resource planning and escalate constraints or deviations
- Support shift handovers and Tier 1 / Tier 2 performance discussions
Performance & Process Management
- Track team performance against KPIs including productivity, quality, attendance and overtime
- Ensure compliance with Work Instructions, standards and process confirmations
- Drive continuous improvement, performance reviews and recognition activities
Training & Collaboration
- Support training, onboarding and Excellence School initiatives
- Liaise with internal teams and suppliers as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least five years’ experience in warehousing, operations or logistics
- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of KPI tracking, safety and process compliance
- Ability to work across shifts and manage operational priorities
- Intermediate education level
- Various MHE (materials handling equipment) licenses are an advantage
