Position Overview
This Plant Operator role involves operating and controlling a concrete batching plant for continuous, efficient production in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. You will monitor and manage raw materials, aggregates, cement, water, and mixtures, ensure accurate batching and mixing per approved mix designs and project specifications, coordinate with site engineers and supervisors, carry out equipment inspections and basic maintenance, and maintain production logs and material consumption reports while fully complying with HSE regulations.

Coordination & Maintenance
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to meet daily concrete requirements

Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain production logs, delivery records, and material consumption reports

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 2–3 years in a concrete batching plant within a construction company
- Knowledge of concrete designs, batching processes, and plant operations
