Key Responsibilities
Daily Production Line Operations
- Oversee all daily production line operations at the 8oz Café Dammam facility, ensuring smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted production flow throughout every shift
- Monitor production processes in real time, identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks, equipment issues, or workflow disruptions quickly and decisively
- Ensure all production activities are executed in strict accordance with established recipes, quality specifications, portion standards, and safety protocols
- Implement and uphold food safety and hygiene standards across the entire production line in compliance with Saudi food safety regulations and company policies
Team Management & Leadership
- Manage, supervise, and motivate the production team on a daily basis — fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performance team culture at all times
- Plan and allocate staff assignments, shifts, and responsibilities across the production line to meet daily output targets efficiently
- Train new team members in production procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements to ensure a consistently skilled and knowledgeable workforce
- Provide constructive performance feedback, address team challenges professionally, and support the ongoing development of every production team member
Quality Standards & Production Targets
- Ensure all production targets are consistently achieved on time and that every product meets 8oz Café’s established quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Implement and enforce rigorous quality control checks at every critical stage of the production line to prevent substandard products from reaching customers
- Monitor and report on daily production KPIs including output volumes, quality pass rates, waste levels, and team productivity to management
- Lead root cause analysis for any production quality failures and implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Inventory, Efficiency & Waste Reduction
- Monitor inventory levels and raw material usage continuously, coordinating timely replenishment orders to prevent production stoppages or shortfalls
- Maintain accurate records of raw material consumption, finished goods output, and waste levels to support informed operational decision-making
- Drive ongoing efficiency improvement initiatives across the production line aimed at maximizing output, minimizing downtime, and reducing preventable waste
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement and present practical recommendations to café management
