Position Overview
This Project Manager role supports the Projects Director in coordinating and managing all phases of projects — from concept to completion. You will serve as the main client contact, liaise between design, engineering, and site teams, monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports, manage timelines and risk assessments, support technical documentation review and authority submissions, and ensure compliance with company standards, UAE regulations, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
- Assist the Projects Director in coordinating and managing all phases of projects from concept to completion
- Liaise between the design, engineering, and site teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for internal and client review
- Manage project timelines, risk assessments, and action plans in collaboration with senior leadership
Client Relations & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings with stakeholders and contractors
- Provide input and support during design development, tendering, and construction stages
Compliance, Documentation & Authority Submissions
- Support technical documentation review, submissions, and approvals in compliance with local authority standards
- Ensure compliance with company standards, UAE regulations, and project specifications
- Apply familiarity with Abu Dhabi and Dubai authority requirements (ADM, DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.)
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of UAE-based experience, ideally covering both Abu Dhabi and Dubai projects
- Experience with GCC projects, preferably in healthcare, residential, commercial, hospitality, and/or institutional design
- Proven experience in client relationship management and project coordination
Essential Skills & Preferred Qualifications
- DMT-issued Engineering license preferred
- Strong understanding of UAE construction codes, municipality procedures, and permitting processes
- Familiarity with ADM, DM, DDA, and Trakhees authority requirements
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and similar engineering tools
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language is a plus
- UAE driving license preferred
