Position Overview

As a QC Chemist / Quality Controller at Al Ahrar Group’s beverage manufacturing operations in Ajman or Dubai Industrial City, you will be responsible for ensuring that all juice and carbonated soft drink (CSD) products meet established quality standards, food safety requirements, and production specifications from raw material receipt through to finished product release. • Apply industry-standard beverage quality testing methodologies — including Brix measurement, pH analysis, titratable acidity, microbial testing, colour and clarity assessment, and sensory evaluation of juice and carbonated soft drink products.
  • Perform product testing at each critical stage of production — from raw material receipt, through in-process monitoring, to finished product release — ensuring consistent product quality and consumer safety throughout the manufacturing process.

Quality Records & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date quality records — documenting all test results, observations, non-conformances, and corrective actions in the company’s quality management system in accordance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with production standards, food safety regulations, and GMP requirements — actively monitoring production activities to verify that all quality procedures are followed by production teams throughout each shift.
  • Support the implementation and upkeep of HACCP, food safety management, and quality control systems across the beverage manufacturing facility — contributing to regulatory inspections, internal audits, and audit readiness activities.

Non-Conformance & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify, document, and report product non-conformances, deviations, and quality failures — initiating corrective and preventive actions promptly and following up to ensure effective resolution and prevention of recurrence.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives — working with the production team to improve testing methodologies, reduce product failures, and continuously enhance the overall quality of Juice and CSD products at the facility.
