 Key Responsibilities

Front-End & Back-End Quality Inspections

• Monitor and conduct front-end quality checks at the start of production and back-end checks at completion — ensuring all production parameters consistently remain within required specifications
• Execute final inspection of all products before releasing pallets to the warehouse, verifying that every product batch meets established quality standards before distribution
• Provide comprehensive customer satisfaction assurance by maintaining rigorous quality inspection standards across all beverage production lines and product categories
• Identify, document, and report all quality deviations and non-conformances observed during inspections — initiating corrective actions in coordination with production teams

GMP, EHS & Food Safety Compliance

• Maintain full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) protocols, and Food Safety requirements across all quality activities
• Follow all health and safety instructions and adhere to safety procedures consistently — actively supporting the development and improvement of EHS policies and programs
• Conduct regular monitoring of the production environment to ensure hygiene, safety, and food safety standards are consistently upheld at the highest levels throughout all shifts
• Support the organization in maintaining up-to-date compliance with all applicable Saudi food safety regulations and international quality standards relevant to beverage manufacturing

Chemical Mixing Monitoring & Process Control

• Monitor the chemical mixing preparation process carefully and prepare chemical mixtures when required — ensuring all mixing is executed strictly per established Can standards and specifications
• Verify that all chemical preparation activities are completed accurately, safely, and in full compliance with beverage quality parameters and formula requirements
• Monitor and upkeep all test equipment and calibration controls — ensuring all measurement instruments are calibrated, functioning accurately, and maintained according to schedule
• Execute end-of-run inventory procedures to ensure accurate and complete inventory records and listing for all types of stock at the conclusion of each production run

Data Analysis, Reporting & Quality Improvement

• Analyze quality data from inspections, audits, and process monitoring activities to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for systematic quality improvement across the beverage operation
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive quality audit reports and inspection documentation for review by quality management and operations leadership teams
• Apply proficient process auditing methodologies and analytical thinking to evaluate the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) and identify areas requiring improvement
• Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of quality systems, inspection procedures, and compliance practices across the Jeddah beverage manufacturing facility

 Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Safety Management, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field from a recognized institution
• Additional certifications in food safety management, GMP, QMS, or EHS compliance are a valued professional advantage for this role

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of direct beverage manufacturing experience — candidates with experience in beverage production quality control or quality inspection are strongly preferred
