Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Schedule Execution
- Convert approved supply and IBP plans into stable, optimized daily and weekly production schedules — coordinating with the Planning team on line allocation, shift patterns, changeover sequencing, and resource deployment to maximize throughput and minimize downtime
- Achieve and sustain production schedule adherence of 95% or above across all lines — identifying and resolving short-term material, labour, and equipment constraints, and escalating medium-term structural risks to the Plant Manager with clear options and recommendations
- Own the SQCDP daily performance routine — ensuring disciplined follow-through on all open actions and providing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the Plant Manager covering volume, efficiency, quality, safety, and cost
- Participate in plant leadership team reviews, IBP alignment meetings, and enterprise performance reporting cycles — ensuring all production data submitted for enterprise-level reporting is accurate, timely, and analytically sound
OEE & Line Performance Improvement
- Own OEE performance in the production domain — driving structured improvement from the plant’s current baseline through rigorous daily and weekly loss analysis, identifying the top speed, availability, and quality losses on each line
- Partner with the Maintenance team to eliminate chronic equipment downtime contributing to production losses — and drive changeover time reduction and minor-stoppage elimination through structured continuous improvement initiatives
- Report OEE trends and line efficiency performance to the Plant Manager with clear root-cause analysis, structured action plans, and measurable year-on-year improvement trajectories across all production lines
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma tools systematically — driving identifiable waste reduction of 15% or above year-on-year across all categories while sustaining production cost-per-case improvement targets
Quality, Food Safety & KORE Compliance
- Ensure all production operations comply fully with GMP, HACCP, Coca-Cola KORE, ISO standards, and all applicable KSA food safety and beverage regulatory requirements — maintaining zero critical audit findings in the production domain
- Own all in-process quality checks, CCP monitoring, and production-side corrective actions arising from quality incidents — enforcing packaging integrity, fill accuracy, and label compliance across all production lines and SKUs
- Lead production team participation in all internal and external quality and safety audits — and escalate systemic quality deviations to the Plant Manager and QHSE Manager with full root-cause documentation and corrective action plans
- Drive a defect and rework rate below 2% of total production output — and achieve a 10% annual reduction in customer complaints attributable to production quality in coordination with the QHSE function
HSE, D365 Discipline & People Leadership
- Embed a zero-harm safety culture across all production shifts, lines, and work areas — ensuring full compliance with PTW, LOTO, machine-guarding, and all production-area HSE standards, and maintaining 100% HSE training completion for all production personnel
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all production-related transactions in D365 F&O — including production orders, material consumption, output posting, and scrap reporting — with production order reporting completeness of 98% or above
- Lead, coach, and develop the production shift leadership team and line operators across all shifts — building high-performance culture through clear accountability, structured performance reviews, succession planning, and active Saudization talent development
- Develop succession plans for critical production roles — achieving succession coverage of 70% or above for all critical production leadership positions while actively progressing Saudi national talent in line with Saudization targets
Required Experience & Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Food Technology, or a closely related engineering or production management field
- Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma certification is strongly preferred — candidates holding these certifications will receive priority consideration for this senior production leadership role
