Position Overview

The Senior Quality Officer at Delicut Dubai will conduct QA/QC inspections of incoming materials, production processes, and finished products; verify batch records and product release requirements; ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards; monitor traceability, allergen controls, and quality specifications; investigate nonconformities and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); develop and improve SOPs and critical control points (CCPs); maintain audit-ready documentation; analyze quality trends; and train kitchen and quality teams — all while coordinating with production, warehouse, and logistics to keep quality consistent from the kitchen to the customer’s door.

Why This Senior Quality Officer Role at Delicut Stands Out: You hold senior ownership of quality in a fast-paced, fresh ready-meal production environment where food safety is a daily, visible priority — not just a compliance exercise, the scope covering inspections, batch record review, traceability, allergen control, CAPA, SOP and CCP development, and audit support builds one of the most complete QA/QC skill sets available in the UAE food manufacturing market, experience with chilled and fresh food production — where shelf life is short and control must be tight — is a genuinely valuable and in-demand specialization across Dubai’s food and meal-delivery sector, the opportunity to train and guide kitchen and quality teams develops the leadership and communication skills that move QA professionals into quality management roles, and working inside a company whose entire brand promise depends on quality and food safety means your expertise is respected and your recommendations carry real weight.

 Key Responsibilities

QA/QC Inspections & Product Release

  • Conduct QA/QC inspections of incoming materials, production processes, and finished products — confirming that every stage of ready-meal production meets defined quality specifications
  • Verify batch records, quality documentation, and product release requirements — ensuring nothing leaves production without complete, accurate, and compliant records
  • Monitor product traceability, allergen controls, and quality specifications — protecting customers and ensuring any issue can be traced quickly and accurately
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and other teams to maintain consistent quality standards from the kitchen through to final delivery

Food Safety, HACCP & GMP Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards across all ready-meal production and handling areas
  • Develop and improve quality procedures, SOPs, and critical control points (CCPs) — keeping documented controls practical, current, and effective on the production floor
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation at all times and support internal and regulatory audits with accurate records and clear evidence of compliance
  • Reinforce a strong food safety and sanitation culture across kitchen and production teams through daily presence, coaching, and practical guidance

Nonconformities, CAPA & Continuous Improvement

  • Investigate nonconformities thoroughly — identifying root causes and supporting corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) that stop issues from recurring
  • Analyze quality trends, identify recurring issues, and recommend practical improvements that raise product consistency and reduce quality risk
  • Track CAPA completion and verify effectiveness — ensuring actions are implemented, documented, and sustained rather than closed on paper only
  • Work with operations leadership to translate quality data into clear priorities and measurable improvements across the production process

Training, Guidance & Cross-Team Coordination

  • Train and guide kitchen and quality teams on food safety procedures — building knowledge, accountability, and consistent daily practice
  • Work closely with kitchen and operations teams in a fast-paced production environment, balancing speed with uncompromising quality standards
  • Communicate quality findings clearly to production, warehouse, and logistics colleagues — keeping every team aligned on standards and corrective priorities
  • Contribute to a collaborative, quality-first workplace where food safety is understood and owned by everyone involved in producing and delivering each meal
