Key Responsibilities
Transaction Processing & Investor Records
- Process and validate subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and account amendments
- Check applications and ID documents, and support onboarding and ongoing due diligence
- Maintain accurate investor registers, balances and transaction histories
- Verify instructions, cut-off times, dealing dates and settlement needs
Reconciliation & Service Providers
- Reconcile investor transactions and cash movements with fund accounting records
- Work with administrators, custodians and banks to clear processing discrepancies
- Investigate delayed, rejected or unmatched instructions
- Support distributions, statements, capital activity reports and confirmations
Compliance, Controls & Improvement
- Handle investor data securely and support UAE regulatory and internal requirements
- Escalate suspicious instructions and unusual account activity
- Keep audit trails, reconciliation schedules and approval evidence
- Support audits, system upgrades, testing and process automation
- Guide junior team members and recommend control improvements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration or similar
- Experience in transfer agency, fund administration, investor services or investment operations
- Strong grasp of subscriptions, redemptions, registers and settlement
- Familiarity with AML/KYC and transaction controls
- Strong Excel skills and experience with fund administration or transfer agency systems
- Preferred: ACCA, CFA, CAMS or fund administration certifications
