Position Overview
This Site Civil Engineer role is a critical leadership position within an active construction environment in Dubai. You will be responsible for organizing materials, supervising crew, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring health and safety compliance across all active project sites. Key Responsibilities
On-Site Project Management
- Organize materials and ensure construction sites are always safe, clean, and compliant
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and verify appropriate materials and tools are available before work begins
- Draw up realistic work schedules and communicate any adjustments to crew members and clients promptly
- Manage different parts of construction projects from planning stage through to final handover
Technical Engineering Duties
- Provide technical advice and improvement suggestions on specific construction projects
- Diagnose and troubleshoot on-site equipment and machinery as required
- Authorize technical drawings and approve engineering plans before site execution
- Apply logical and critical thinking to resolve complex engineering challenges on-site
Team Leadership & Supervision

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline
- Additional professional certificates or engineering licenses are an advantage
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on work experience in Civil Engineering (Minimum requirement)
- 5+ years of supervisory experience managing on-site construction crews and subcontractors
- 5+ years of Project Management experience across construction or infrastructure projects
