Position Overview
This Supply Chain Planning Lead role ensures operational excellence across production planning, raw material management, inventory and warehouse replenishment, and co-manufacturer coordination. You will drive SAP-based process planning, translate strategy into execution through OKRs, KPIs and dashboards, lead S&OE meetings and support S&OP processes, manage an international team, and collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to deliver a resilient, high-performing supply chain planning function.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence in Planning
- Ensure production planning in short to long term towards high Customer Satisfaction (OTIF) and CTP
- Manage raw material policies including inventory, purchase orders, lead times, and safety stock
- Oversee inventory and warehouse replenishment across the supply network
- Manage external partners (Co-Manufacturers) to ensure supply reliability
- Drive SAP-based process planning excellence to balance key company KPIs
Translating Strategy into Execution
- Implement OKRs, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for key supply chain planning metrics
- Align international planning processes with key stakeholders
- Lead S&OE meetings and support S&OP processes in preparation for IBP implementation
- Drive continuous improvement across planning processes, including SAP master data accuracy
- Review team performance, process execution, and build sustainable documentation
Supply Chain Program Support
- Support SAP PP-DS, SAP ATP, and future SAP IBP implementation
- Contribute to the S&OP Excellence Program and multi-factory network planning
- Support APS implementation and digitalization of manual planning workflows
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage an international team with cross-functional influence
- Balance stakeholder expectations with overall company strategy and planning roadmap
- Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and drive change management
- Plan budget and manage the team’s cost base
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate tasks within Supply Chain Planning teams
- Align country-specific and cross-functional processes across Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Transportation, and Finance
- Build team resilience, engagement, and a strong talent pipeline
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in production, supply, material planning, or logistics
- 3-5+ years of experience in team leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of SAP and production planning systems
Essential Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and drive change
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into operational execution
- English proficiency required; B2+ level German is a plus
- Willingness to travel to Germany on a regular basis
