Position Overview

As Supervisor Logistic, you will hold technical leadership responsibility for a returns team, ensuring the smooth running, coordination, and monitoring of logistics processes. You’ll actively participate in logistics projects and continuous optimization of work and process flows, ensure day-to-day business complies with defined KPIs and service levels, organize employee onboarding, and support the Division Manager through shift meetings, team meetings, and feedback sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Logistics Coordination

  • Hold technical leadership responsibility for a returns team
  • Ensure the smooth running, coordination, and monitoring of logistics processes
  • Conduct shift meetings, team meetings, and feedback sessions
  • Provide general support to the Division Manager

Process Optimization & Performance

  • Actively participate in logistics projects and continuous optimization of work and process flows
  • Ensure day-to-day business complies with defined KPIs and service levels
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives

Training & Workplace Standards

  • Organize employee onboardings and continuously monitor training status
  • Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of work equipment

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Completed education, preferably in logistics, trade, or a comparable field

Experience Requirements

  • Two years of experience managing employees is an advantage
  • Experience working with ERP systems

Essential Skills

  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Assertiveness, communication skills, and diplomatic skills
  • Independent working style, high sense of responsibility, and organizational skills
  • Good PC skills, including MS Office
