Position Overview

This Supply Data Analyst role performs data quality control, identifies inconsistencies across operational data, and runs, maintains, and continuously improves dashboards and management reporting tools. You will update stock and inventory dashboards, monitor KPIs including Fill Rate, On-Time Delivery, and Stock Coverage, extract and cleanse ERP data, and follow up sourcing activities, purchase orders, and shipment milestones while managing supplier disputes and non-conformities.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Analytics

  • Perform data quality control and identify inconsistencies across operational data
  • Run, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and management reporting tools
  • Update stock and inventory dashboards
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators including Fill Rate, On-Time Delivery, and Stock Coverage
  • Produce recurring operational reports and KPI reports
  • Extract, cleanse, and analyse ERP data while identifying opportunities to streamline data flows
  • Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to improve reporting accuracy and operational workflows

Supply Chain & Distribution

  • Ensure efficient product distribution to retail stores and e-commerce channels
  • Follow up sourcing activities with suppliers
  • Monitor purchase orders and send supplier reminders where required
  • Track order confirmations and shipment milestones
  • Detect anomalies within customer order books
  • Identify and communicate shortage and overstock risks
  • Manage supplier disputes and non-conformities
  • Act as the daily point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct proactive analyses and support management investigations to drive informed decisions

Finance Support

  • Perform invoice and purchase order reconciliation

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline

Experience Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience within a supply chain, procurement, operations, or data-focused environment
  • Previous experience using ERP systems is essential
  • Experience with SAP and/or ANAPLAN is highly preferred
