Position Overview
This Trainee Supply Chain Management role is part of Valeo’s international Young Talent Accelerator Program, designed for recent graduates (June 2026) or those up to 2 years after graduation from a Technical University. Over 2 years, you’ll undertake four 6-month assignments, gaining interdisciplinary exposure across Automated Driving and Electrification, with job rotations in Wemding and international sites in Hungary and Ireland, all supported by an unlimited contract, mentorship, and a tailored development plan.

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Master’s degree from a Technical university, max up to 2 years after graduation
- Above average study results, ideally 2.0 score and better
Work Authorization & Language Requirements
- Valid permit to work in Germany and the EU
- Fluent German and English skills
- Short experience abroad — working or study
Essential Skills
- Previous short working experience during or after studies
- High level of enthusiasm, motivation, and ability to take input from others
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues in English, written and verbal
