Key Responsibilities
Goods Receiving & Delivery Management
- Oversee the full delivery process from arrival to acceptance — verifying incoming goods, checking delivery documentation, and ensuring all received products are correctly processed and entered into the store’s inventory system
- Coordinate smooth goods acceptance workflows so that new stock moves efficiently from the delivery dock to the correct warehouse location without delays or errors
Inventory Organization & Stock Management
- Keep a constant, clear overview of inventory organization and management in the warehouse — knowing what stock is available, where it is located, and when replenishment is needed
- Maintain the warehouse in a clean, structured, and easily navigable condition so that every team member can find what they need quickly and efficiently
- Apply your natural love of order to keep the warehouse floor, shelving systems, and storage areas organized to Reserved’s warehouse standards at all times
Product Labeling, Placement & Care
- Ensure optimal product labeling — applying or verifying price tags, size labels, and product identifiers so every item is correctly marked before hitting the sales floor
- Manage product placement within the warehouse, ensuring items are stored correctly, accessibly, and in line with Reserved’s internal product care standards
- Handle fashion merchandise with care, maintaining product quality and presentation from warehouse receipt through to sales floor delivery
Team Support & Daily Operations
- Demonstrate your willingness to help and pitch in wherever needed across daily warehouse operations — supporting colleagues with deliveries, replenishment, stock moves, and special tasks as required
