- Support daily warehouse operations by receiving incoming goods and checking all deliveries accurately against delivery notes and purchase orders
- Organise received stock in designated warehouse areas — ensuring correct storage conditions for fresh produce and exotic fruit and vegetable products
- Identify and report any delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, or incorrect items to the warehouse supervisor or relevant team member promptly
- Maintain an organised, clean, and efficient warehouse environment that supports fast, accurate order picking and product quality protection
Packing, Labelling & Order Preparation
- Pack and label products accurately and carefully in accordance with order specifications, customer requirements, and product quality standards
- Prepare customer orders for shipment — picking, packing, and labelling products with full attention to quantity accuracy and product quality
- Ensure all outgoing shipments are correctly packed, labelled, and documented before handover to delivery drivers or logistics partners
- Maintain the highest standards of product handling and packing quality to protect premium exotic produce throughout the distribution process
Loading, Unloading & Vehicle Turnaround
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently — using appropriate manual handling and warehouse equipment

- Apply basic forklift operation skills when required — with a willingness to obtain relevant forklift certifications to support warehouse operations
