Key Responsibilities

Receiving, Labelling & Inventory Processing

  • Process receipts of all incoming inventory materials and supplies — verifying delivery documentation, checking quantities, and ensuring all received items are correctly accounted for in the warehouse system
  • Label inventory items in the receiving area for accurate identification — including serialization and barcode tagging of items to maintain full traceability across the clinical trial supply chain
  • Receive, unpack, and enter all incoming material data accurately into the receiving process system — maintaining the data integrity that regulated clinical trial supply chains depend on
  • Ensure all incoming materials meet the required documentation, condition, and specification standards before they are processed into the warehouse or production flow

Material Transport & Warehouse Operations

  • Transport materials safely and efficiently to and from the receiving area, warehouse storage locations, and production areas — maintaining the organized, clean, and professional warehouse environment that Clario’s clinical operations require
  • Pick and commission work orders accurately and on time — ensuring the right materials are assembled, packaged, and ready for dispatch to pharmaceutical customers and clinical testing centres worldwide
  • Coordinate the material flow between internal and external warehouses — communicating clearly with logistics partners and internal teams to maintain smooth, uninterrupted material availability
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organizational standards of the warehouse at all times — contributing to a professional, safe, and efficient working environment for yourself and your colleagues

ERP System & Inventory Management

  • Perform regular inventory counts within the ERP system — ensuring stock levels are accurately recorded, discrepancies are flagged promptly, and inventory data integrity is maintained across all warehouse locations
  • Use MS Office and ERP tools effectively for daily warehouse administration — including data entry, inventory recording, work order processing, and logistics coordination tasks
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities — supporting the traceability and regulatory documentation requirements of Clario’s regulated clinical trial supply environment
  • Support the broader warehouse team with cross-functional logistics tasks as needed — demonstrating the flexibility, dependability, and team-first attitude that Clario’s collaborative work culture values

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma (Schulabschluss), college qualification, or equivalent completed apprenticeship (Berufsausbildung) or professional vocational training programme
  • A completed Ausbildung as Fachlagerist, Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, or equivalent logistics or commercial/industrial qualification is a strong and welcome background for this role

Experience Requirements

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or administrative roles in an industrial or commercial environment — entry-level candidates are warmly welcome to apply
