Key Responsibilities
Goods Receipt, Documentation & Incoming Inspection
- Conduct all goods receipt activities at the Gropper Bissingen warehouse — receiving incoming deliveries of raw materials, packaging, and production supplies, and completing all required receipt documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform systematic incoming goods inspections for both quantity accuracy and external quality condition — identifying and documenting any discrepancies, damage, or quality deviations found upon receipt of goods at the warehouse
- Process all loading and unloading activities associated with goods receipt — working efficiently and safely with delivery vehicles, loading docks, and incoming logistics to support smooth production supply at Gropper’s Bissingen facility
