Position Overview
This Microsoft 365 Copilot Developer role designs and implements Copilot solutions including custom agents, connectors, and Copilot Studio configurations, hands-on with AI agent design, prompt engineering, and workflow automation. You will support digital transformation initiatives across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, deliver training sessions, workshops, and Copilot clinics, drive enterprise-wide Copilot adoption by embedding AI into business workflows, collaborate with business users and IT teams to translate use cases into scalable AI solutions, and measure productivity gains to support sustained adoption and value realization.

Key Responsibilities
Copilot Solution Design & Development
- Design and implement Copilot solutions including custom Copilot agents, connectors, and secure data integration
- Configure Copilot Studio for enterprise use cases
- Apply hands-on AI agent design, prompt engineering, and workflow automation
Enterprise Adoption & Training
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, Copilot clinics, and user enablement programs
- Drive enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption by embedding AI into business workflows
- Promote an AI-first culture across the organization
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with business users, senior leadership, and IT teams to define use cases
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
- Support digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise
Adoption Measurement & Value Realization
- Measure productivity gains from Copilot adoption
- Refine use cases based on feedback and support change management for sustained adoption
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Hands-on experience in AI agent design, prompt engineering, and workflow automation
- Experience working in enterprise environments and supporting digital transformation initiatives
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem: Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Platform
- Expertise designing custom Copilot agents, connectors, and secure data integrations
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication skills engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience delivering training sessions, workshops, and user enablement programs
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills across business users, leadership, and IT teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI adoption programs or enterprise digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Familiarity with enterprise security, data governance, and compliance in AI solutions
- Certification in Microsoft AI, Copilot, or related cloud technologies
- Arabic speaking preferred
