This Warehouse Employee role involves performing loading, unloading and storage operations for world market leader DHL Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities
Loading & Unloading Operations
- Perform loading, unloading and storage operations efficiently and safely
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments according to warehouse procedures
- Organize warehouse storage areas for optimal space utilization
- Ensure proper handling of goods to prevent damage during operations
Quality Control & Documentation
- Control goods documents and articles for accuracy and completeness
- Verify shipping papers match physical inventory and specifications
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing goods
- Maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse transactions
Order Fulfillment & Assembly
- Assemble customer orders properly according to specifications and requirements
- Perform subsequent checking to ensure order accuracy before shipping
- Prepare goods for shipping areas with proper staging and organization
- Meet order fulfillment deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Packaging & Load Securing
- Secure packaging, pallets and loads properly for safe transportation
- Apply appropriate load securing techniques meeting safety regulations
- Utilize proper packaging materials to protect goods during transit
- Ensure all shipments meet transportation and safety requirements
Equipment Operation & Safety
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment carefully and professionally
