Key Responsibilities
Procurement Order Coordination & Supply Chain Management
- Actively coordinate procurement orders along the entire supply chain in close collaboration with suppliers, customers, and logistics service providers
- Monitor and manage worldwide goods flows to ensure all deliveries arrive on time and in accordance with agreed specifications and schedules
- Track and document complete transport chains from order placement through to final delivery confirmation, maintaining accurate records at every stage
- Ensure seamless information flow between all supply chain stakeholders — internally and externally — to prevent delays and resolve issues proactively
International Supplier Communication & Coordination
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with both national and international suppliers on a daily basis regarding order status, delivery scheduling, and issue resolution
- Build and maintain reliable working relationships with logistics service providers and external supply chain partners to support smooth operational performance
- Address and resolve supply chain discrepancies, delivery deviations, and supplier communication challenges quickly and professionally
- Support the evaluation and development of existing supplier relationships to strengthen supply chain resilience and performance over time
Logistics Data Management & Master Data Maintenance
- Prepare, maintain, and regularly update all relevant logistics and master data records within the company’s ERP system to ensure data accuracy and system integrity
- Manage and update transport documentation, delivery records, and SCM databases as required by operational and compliance needs
- Ensure logistics data is current, complete, and accessible to all relevant internal stakeholders at all times
- Utilize MS Office — particularly Excel — alongside ERP systems to maintain, analyze, and report on supply chain data and performance metrics
Process Analysis & SCM Improvement Projects
- Analyze existing supply chain and logistics processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Independently plan and execute smaller SCM improvement projects aimed at increasing quality, efficiency, and process reliability
- Develop and implement practical, solution-oriented process improvements that create measurable and lasting benefits for the supply chain operation
- Contribute ideas and insights to cross-functional discussions on supply chain strategy, process automation, and operational excellence at Govinda Natur
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or a university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Vocational qualifications or equivalent practical training in logistics or supply chain operations are equally valued alongside academic degrees
Experience Requirements
- Initial professional experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operational order management is advantageous — internships and working student experience are equally considered
- Prior exposure to the food, organic/bio, or FMCG sector is a strong advantage but not a strict requirement for motivated candidates
- Experience working with ERP systems in a logistics or SCM context — practical and academic experience both considered positively
Essential Skills
- Confident and proficient in ERP systems and MS Office — especially Excel — for data management, analysis, and logistics reporting
