Why This Role Matters: As Biological Specialist at Syngenta, you sit at the frontier of modern agriculture’s most exciting growth area — biological crop inputs. Your technical expertise and field presence directly influence how farmers across Northern Illinois and Wisconsin protect their crops, improve yields, and adopt sustainable practices. You are not just selling products — you are educating, training, and shaping the future of how biological solutions are understood and applied across the region’s agricultural landscape.

- Identify new business opportunities within the biologicals and specialty crop inputs space and develop targeted demand creation strategies.
Sales Achievement & Performance Tracking
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by combining strong agronomic knowledge with effective account management and commercial skills.
- Utilise Qlik reporting tools and participate in monthly reviews with area managers to monitor progress and adjust sales tactics as needed.
- Complete accurate monthly rolling sales forecasts using Excel to project current and future territory sales performance.
- Collaborate with regional and national sales teams to share market intelligence and align on priority products and campaigns.
