Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations — Receiving, Storage & Dispatch
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming goods and materials — verifying quantities, quality, and documentation against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations in an orderly manner that facilitates efficient access, proper stock rotation, and accurate location tracking
- Prepare and dispatch materials and products accurately and on time — ensuring all outgoing goods are correctly documented, packed, and coordinated with logistics and transport partners
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all goods at all times to prevent damage, contamination, deterioration, or loss throughout the warehouse facility
Inventory Management & Stock Control
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records and inventory documentation across all warehouse areas and product categories
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations — identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly and accurately to maintain inventory integrity
- Monitor stock levels continuously and report shortages, overstocks, or discrepancies to Procurement and Production teams in a timely manner
- Assist in tracking inventory movement and managing stock rotation to minimize waste, prevent obsolescence, and ensure first-in-first-out (FIFO) compliance
Documentation & Records Management
- Maintain comprehensive warehouse logs, delivery notes, goods receipt records, and inventory documentation in full compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Update inventory systems, ERP platforms, and warehouse databases accurately and in a timely manner to ensure real-time visibility of stock positions
- Ensure all warehouse documentation is accurate, properly organized, and properly filed for immediate retrieval during audits, inspections, or operational reviews
- Support audit and compliance activities through the maintenance of thorough, accurate, and audit-ready warehouse documentation and recordkeeping systems
GMP Compliance, Safety & Cross-Team Coordination
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies — maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a safe working environment across all warehouse areas at all times
- Ensure compliance with GMP, health, safety, and environmental requirements where applicable to the warehouse facility and operational activities
- Report damaged materials, safety concerns, or operational issues promptly to supervisors — supporting a proactive safety culture across the warehouse team
- Work closely with Procurement, Production, QA, and Logistics teams — coordinating with suppliers and transporters during deliveries and dispatches to ensure seamless material flow
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
