Annual Salary: €57,000 – €64,000 gross per year
Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Position Overview
This Supply Chain Analyst role at Samsung Eschborn places you at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and global supply chain management. You will be responsible for driving AI agent development, conducting in-depth PSI and Forecast Behaviour Analysis, monitoring critical SCM and RM KPIs, and managing complex SCM projects to achieve key management goals — including comprehensive ROI analyses for Samsung’s European operations.

Key Responsibilities
AI Agent Development & Digital Tools
- Drive the development of new AI agents designed to increase workflow efficiency across supply chain operations
- Leverage AI-supported tools to automate and optimise SCM processes and reporting
- Champion digital transformation within Samsung’s European supply chain environment
PSI & Forecast Behaviour Analysis
- Conduct thorough PSI (Production, Sales & Inventory) analysis to identify supply chain optimisation potential
- Perform in-depth Forecast Behaviour Analysis to improve demand accuracy and planning precision
- Utilise advanced data analysis tools and scenario simulation platforms for informed decision-making
SCM & RM KPI Monitoring
- Monitor and track Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Raw Material (RM) KPIs on a regular basis
- Build structured reporting frameworks to ensure visibility across key performance indicators
- Provide actionable insights to senior management based on KPI performance and trend analysis
Customer Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong, productive partnerships with internal and external customers
- Manage SCM processes and projects to achieve management goals, including ROI analyses
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams and global departments to ensure alignment
Global Systems Support & Audit Follow-Up
- Provide hands-on support for globally deployed SAP SD/MM systems within the supply chain
- Ensure smooth, uninterrupted operation of all supply chain management systems
- Regularly follow up on internal and HQ-level audits in the SCM area, ensuring compliance and best practices
Qualifications & Requirements
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency — experience as a powerful Excel user with complex modelling and data analysis
- Good working knowledge of SAP SD/MM modules and end-to-end supply chain management systems
- Proficient use of advanced technologies and tools for data analysis, scenario simulation, and decision support
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in innovation, supply chain, or SCM-related roles
- Sound knowledge of supply chain management principles, best practices, and current industry trends
- Demonstrated experience managing complex SCM projects and delivering measurable results
Language & Soft Skills
- Fluent German and English — both written and spoken — essential for HQ communication and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex supply chain dynamics and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for cross-functional and customer-facing work
