Position Overview
This Warehouse Specialist role at Reolink’s Düsseldorf facility is a key operational position responsible for managing finished goods inventory, processing B2B shipments through the YiCang (EC) system, and coordinating with cross-functional teams including after-sales and logistics partners. You will ensure inventory accuracy, maintain timely shipment performance, and support continuous improvement of warehouse operations in a high-growth, globally connected environment.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Management of Finished Goods Warehouse
- Manage daily receiving, storage, and issuance of finished goods, ensuring ongoing inventory accuracy
- Perform putaway, bin location organization, and regular cycle stock counts to maintain order
- Monitor inventory levels proactively and flag anomalies or discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment aligned with company standards
B2B Shipment & System Operations
- Process B2B orders through the YiCang (EC) system — covering order printing, picking, and outbound operations
- Ensure shipment accuracy and on-time delivery performance for all B2B customers and partners
- Handle shipment exceptions including missing items, incorrect shipments, and courier escalation issues
- Maintain finished goods inventory records in the YiCang system, ensuring full alignment with physical stock
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with the after-sales team to manage flow and transfer of finished goods and RMA inventory
- Support the Warehouse Supervisor during monthly stocktakes, bin location optimization, and process improvements
- Assist with daily coordination with logistics carriers, including pickup exceptions and tracking number updates
- Work effectively with multiple departments to ensure smooth, integrated warehouse and logistics operations
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems; experience with YiCang (EC) system is a strong advantage
- Experience in B2B order fulfillment and e-commerce shipment processes is preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory data handling and reporting
