Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Logistics Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods and promotional materials to clients and end destinations
- Coordinate all logistics activities between account management teams, internal departments, external logistics service providers (3PLs), suppliers, and customers
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing competing priorities effectively under tight deadlines without compromising quality or accuracy
- Support the flow, tracking, and on-time delivery of promotional items and campaign-related materials for major global brand clients
Logistics Project Coordination & Execution
- Oversee logistics-related projects from initial planning through full execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, client timelines, and budget parameters
- Manage and nurture relationships with external logistics partners including warehousing providers, transportation companies, fulfillment centers, and customs brokers
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities across internal tms teams, ensuring seamless communication and shared accountability for project outcomes
- Contribute actively to continuous process improvements within the logistics and supply chain function, identifying inefficiencies and proposing actionable solutions
Customs, Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure full compliance with customs requirements, import and export documentation standards, and applicable Incoterms across all logistics operations
- Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth clearance of international shipments with minimal delays or compliance risks
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date logistics documentation that meets both internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements across European markets
- Support audit readiness by ensuring all logistics records, shipping documentation, and compliance files are properly maintained and accessible
ERP Systems & Data Management
- Maintain accurate logistics data across ERP and transport management systems, primarily Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
- Generate and analyse logistics performance data to support decision-making, identify trends, and report on KPIs to internal stakeholders and management
- Ensure data integrity across all supply chain systems and proactively resolve discrepancies or system issues that could impact operational performance
- Support the adoption of system improvements and digital tools that enhance logistics visibility and operational efficiency across the tms supply chain function
Required Skills & Experience
Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on, proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related operations roles
- Demonstrated experience in managing logistics or supply chain projects from initiation through to successful delivery
- Education in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a closely related field is preferred
- Experience in promotional items logistics or marketing supply chain is a strong advantage for this role
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively — internal teams, suppliers, and 3PL partners simultaneously
Technical Skills
- Solid, practical understanding of warehouse operations, international transportation processes, and freight management
- Hands-on experience working with ERP and logistics management systems, specifically Oracle JD Edwards and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
- Sound working knowledge of customs procedures, export and import documentation requirements, and Incoterms regulations
- Basic to solid understanding of promotional product workflows and campaign materials logistics within a marketing supply chain context
