Position Overview
As Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will act as the central point of contact for daily warehouse operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and on time. You’ll serve as an operational sparring partner to the team leader, drive continuous improvement, and guarantee high quality and safety standards. Working alongside the Operational Excellence Manager, you’ll further develop processes contributing to stable, modern, and high-performing warehouse logistics.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Warehouse Operations
- Operational control of daily warehouse processes: picking, shipping, goods receipt, loading, internal goods flows
- Ensure timely and precise processing of all orders
- Monitor shift progress, including initiating measures in case of deviations
Escalation & Team Support
- Serve as first point of escalation for operational issues on the shop floor
- Work closely with the team leader as an operational mirror and sparring partner
Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement projects
- Coordinate interfaces with production, distribution, transport partners, and customer service
- Contribute to stable, modern, and high-performing warehouse logistics with the Operational Excellence Manager
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed vocational training in logistics, freight forwarding, or related field
- Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar
Experience Requirements
- Experience in warehouse logistics or a comparable operational environment
- Strong process understanding and interest in optimization and standardization
Essential Skills
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
- Analytical thinking and confident handling of key performance indicators
- A sense of responsibility regarding safety, quality, and compliance
- Openness to digital tools, modern ways of working, and continuous improvement
