- Work with outside agronomic partners to develop science-backed treatment plans that optimize crop health, yield potential, and input efficiency
- Oversee all applications of crop chemistries and fertilizer — ensuring accuracy, timing, and compliance with Indiana custom applicator standards
- Utilize drones to monitor field conditions in real time, identifying problem areas and directing rapid operational responses across the farm’s acreage
Equipment Operation & Management
- Operate Hagie row crop equipment and other high-capacity farm machinery as needed across planting, application, and harvest operations
- Oversee proper use, maintenance scheduling, and operational readiness of all farm equipment throughout the growing season
- Coordinate equipment resources efficiently across the team to maximize productivity during time-sensitive planting and harvest windows
Team & People Management
