Position Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and motivated Picker to join talabat’s fun, professional, and dedicated tmart Department in the UAE. As a warehouse team member, you will be responsible for ensuring orderly storage planning and an efficient dispatch process, supporting tmart’s mission to change UAE consumers’ grocery shopping behavior into a no-queue, 15-minute delivery, 24/7 always-available experience.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Store Operations
- Assist in daily store operations tasks
- Receive and check DC/Vendor purchase orders and invoices
Stock Handling & Order Fulfillment
- Unpack goods and replenish stock
- Handle pick and pack activities based on online orders
Inventory Accuracy & Housekeeping
- Perform daily cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Ensure good housekeeping of the store, including organizing and maintaining inventory, keeping storage areas tidy and clean, and ensuring workplace safety
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- High school graduate or above
Essential Skills
- Punctual and responsible
- Able to work independently
- Prior experience in retail or the service industry is a plus
