Position Overview
This role supports daily agronomy operations. You check fields for pests, disease and nutrient levels, use precision agriculture tools to collect data, and give customers practical advice. You also schedule deliveries, applications and soil tests, and keep clear records of every recommendation.

Key Responsibilities
Field Work & Crop Support
- Visit fields to monitor crop health, spot pests and disease, and check nutrient levels
- Use precision agriculture tools to gather and read field data
- Advise on planting, fertilization, irrigation and pest control
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Help develop crop programs under a Crop Specialist and Location Manager
- Schedule product deliveries, applications and soil testing
- Prepare quotes and sales contracts, check customer credit and promote credit programs
- Build lasting customer relationships through regular updates and consultations
Records & Market Awareness
- Keep detailed records of field activity, sample results and recommendations
- Run territory and competitor analyses and follow market and regulatory changes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, agriculture, crop science or a related field
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
- Skill with precision agriculture tools, agricultural management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of agronomy, crop production and pest management
- Ability to do extensive fieldwork outdoors in all weather and to work extra hours when needed
- Strong analytical, communication and customer service skills
