Position Overview
As Cargo Supervisor, you deploy staff by shift, keep processes safe and efficient, and make sure paperwork is complete. You also prepare load plans, answer queries from load controllers and crew, and work with ground handling agents.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Shift Management
- Help deploy operations staff by shift to process cargo, courier and mail across the network
- Keep operations efficient within allocated capacity and support revenue goals
- Work to 24/7 shift standards while protecting safety, security and schedule integrity
Special Handling & Load Planning
- Oversee dangerous goods, live animals and valuables handling
- Handle load requests for outsized packages and support senior officers
- Prepare cargo load plans and coordinate with ground handling agents
Quality, Vendors & Improvement
- Manage vendor KPIs and service levels
- Run quality checks, review paperwork and give feedback to stakeholders
- Find process improvements in export and import areas, and take part in audits and projects
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods Regulations (IATA CBTA 7.3A or UAE GCAA FIT4.1D), live animal and perishable cargo rules, safety management systems and aviation security
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong teamwork, communication, accountability and resilience
