Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment and hiring process for both blue-collar workers and office-based staff — from job posting and shortlisting through to offer and appointment
  • Coordinate structured employee onboarding, induction programmes, and orientation activities to ensure all new joiners are integrated effectively into the organisation
  • Prepare and issue all HR-related documentation including offer letters, warning letters, experience certificates, NOCs, and other formal employee correspondence
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date employee records and personnel files in compliance with Bergen Engineering’s documentation and confidentiality standards

Payroll, Attendance & Workforce Records

  • Process and coordinate monthly payroll information accurately, ensuring all salary calculations, deductions, allowances, and overtime figures are correctly reflected
  • Monitor and maintain daily attendance records, shift schedules, leave applications, and annual leave balances for all staff levels across the manufacturing facility
  • Ensure all workforce documentation — including visa records, labour cards, and employment contracts — are current, compliant, and renewed within required timelines
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data accuracy across all employee payroll records, HR files, and sensitive workforce information at all times

UAE Labour Law Compliance & Employee Relations

  • Ensure all HR practices, employment contracts, policies, and procedures are fully compliant with current UAE Labour Law requirements and applicable employment regulations
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns professionally, fairly, and in strict accordance with company policy and UAE legal requirements
  • Advise management on UAE labour law obligations, employee entitlements, termination procedures, and employment compliance requirements as needed
