Position Overview
This HR generalist role covers the whole HR spectrum with room to shape things. You will run payroll on your own, handle contracts and recruiting, and advise managers on day-to-day people topics

Key Responsibilities
Administration & Payroll
- Run complete payroll independently
- Handle HR administration from entry to exit
- Draft employment contracts, amendments, references and other HR documents
- Manage and maintain time recording
Recruiting & Advice
- Support employees on general HR questions
- Advise and support managers on operational HR topics
- Coordinate recruiting, from job ad to interviews
Strategy & Development
- Improve and develop HR processes
- Introduce and tune performance management systems
- Drive learning and development, including leadership programs
- Put HR strategy into practice to support growth, culture and performance goals
Qualifications & Requirements
Qualification
- Commercial training with HR further education, or a comparable degree with a relevant focus
Experience
- Several years in HR, ideally in a generalist role
- Solid knowledge of labor law and works council work
Essential Skills
- Enjoyment working with managers and employees
- Structured, independent working style
- Willingness to learn new topics, processes and systems
- Very good German and English, spoken and written
