Position Overview
This Human Capital Business Partner role at Presight is a high-paced, agile position for a self-starter who combines sound HC knowledge with strong people judgment. You will partner with business leaders and management teams to deliver people plans and practices, coach and develop leadership capabilities, serve as the go-to HR partner across various levels and functions, and balance consistency with flexibility in a growing, AI-driven organization.

 Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership & People Strategy
- Partner with business leaders and management teams to support delivery of people plans and practices
- Coach and develop business stakeholders’ leadership and management capabilities
- Serve as the go-to partner for managers and employees across various levels and functions
- Provide practical, timely advice on onboarding, mobility, promotions, team changes, and exits
- Support workforce planning, job evaluations, and org structure alignment
- Act as the connector between business units and HC centres of excellence
Employee Relations & Policy Guidance
- Provide coaching and advice to managers on ER topics including performance, conduct, and workplace issues
- Ensure consistent application of labour law, company policies, and employee procedures
- Investigate and resolve individual cases with a solutions-oriented, consistent, and fair approach
- Contribute to the review and development of HC policies to reflect business realities
Learning, Growth & Capability Support
- Support identification of capability gaps and development needs across teams
- Liaise with the L&D team to coordinate or tailor development interventions
- Encourage continuous learning, feedback culture, and growth mindset across supported teams
- Promote adoption of people tools and practices that enhance self-service and team maturity
Compensation & Organizational Effectiveness
- Partner with the rewards team on job grading, benchmarking, salary adjustments, and offer reviews
- Provide input on recognition, promotion, and mobility decisions aligned with business goals
- Ensure changes in structure or resourcing are managed smoothly across systems and reporting
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HC Employee Cycle processes
 Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR
- At least 3 years of HC Business Partnering experience, preferably at a fast-growing technology company
- Familiarity with the tech industry or high-growth businesses preferred
Essential Skills
- Strong working knowledge of UAE labour law and core HC processes
- Demonstrated experience with, or strong interest in, AI-enabled HR tools and platforms
- Confident decision-maker who can operate in fast-changing, lightly structured environments
- Clear communicator able to work across a range of stakeholders and cultural contexts
- Practical, people-first approach combined with strong HR fundamentals
- Able to manage competing demands and prioritize based on impact and urgency
