Position Overview

This Human Resources Manager position is a remote AI training role based in the UAE — designed for experienced HR professionals who want to apply their deep domain knowledge to one of the most impactful emerging fields in technology. You will review, develop, and evaluate HR policies, handbooks, onboarding workflows, compliance frameworks, and employee communications — not just as standalone documents, but as high-quality training inputs that teach AI systems how to understand, reason about, and respond to real-world HR challenges. Whether you specialize in HR policy and compliance, people operations, change management, or employee communications, your expertise will directly shape how the next generation of AI-powered HR tools performs in the real world.

Why This Role Matters: AI systems that understand HR are only as good as the experts who train them. As a Human Resources Manager contributing to AI training in the UAE, you are not just reviewing documents — you are transferring decades of professional HR knowledge into systems that will be used by organizations worldwide to handle onboarding, policy compliance, employee relations, and workforce communications. Your real-world judgment, your nuanced understanding of what good HR looks like, and your ability to translate complex scenarios into clear, practical guidance is exactly what makes AI smarter, safer, and more useful for HR teams globally.

 Key Responsibilities

HR Policy Development & Documentation

  • Review, develop, and update internal HR policies, employee handbooks, and templated documents aligned with current best practices and regulatory compliance standards
  • Create supporting artifacts — including guidelines, policy summaries, and process flows — that are clear, accurate, and practically applicable across diverse workplace contexts
  • Document and organize knowledge resources in a structured format that supports ongoing AI model learning and performance improvement

Onboarding Process & Employee Lifecycle Design

  • Design, analyze, and optimize onboarding processes and employee lifecycle workflows to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience outcomes
  • Provide expert input on how best-practice onboarding programs should be structured, sequenced, and evaluated across different organizational contexts
  • Contribute real-world expertise to the evaluation of AI-driven HR onboarding tools and resources — assessing their accuracy, clarity, and practical utility

HR Compliance & Employee Relations Advisory

  • Advise on HR compliance scenarios, employee relations cases, and complex workplace situations — creating clear supporting artifacts for AI training and professional reference purposes
  • Provide actionable feedback on policy accuracy, compliance applicability, and practical clarity across a wide variety of workplace and jurisdictional contexts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR compliance content is both technically correct and easy to apply in real organizational settings

Employee Communications & Change Management

  • Craft and evaluate employee communication strategies and organizational messaging frameworks — covering change management, policy announcements, and workforce transitions
  • Assess the effectiveness and tone of internal HR communications for clarity, inclusivity, and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Develop change management strategies and supporting content that can serve as high-quality training material for AI systems learning to support organizational change

AI Tool Evaluation & Feedback

  • Contribute your real-world HR expertise to the evaluation and refinement of AI-driven HR tools, resources, and model outputs across a range of HR functional areas
  • Provide structured, expert-level feedback on the quality, accuracy, and real-world applicability of AI-generated HR content and guidance
  • Help identify gaps, biases, or inaccuracies in AI-generated HR documentation and recommend improvements based on professional HR experience

Qualifications & Requirements

Important: No AI Experience Required

This role values your HR domain expertise above all else. You do not need prior experience working with AI systems, machine learning, or technology platforms. If you have deep HR knowledge in policy, compliance, onboarding, employee relations, or change management — you are qualified to apply.

Required Skills & Background

  • Proven professional background as an HR Policy and Compliance Specialist, People Operations Manager, or HR Communications and Change Management Specialist
  • Extensive hands-on experience in internal policy development, policy updates, and creation of practical HR templates and supporting documentation

  • Proven track record creating, updating, and evaluating HR artifacts — including handbooks, compliance guidelines, and process workflow documentation
  • Detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, critical thinking, and structured writing skills

Preferred Qualifications — Nice to Have
