  • Advise business managers on HR policies, employee performance issues, talent management challenges, and organisational development questions — acting as a trusted, knowledgeable HR business partner across all departments
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and the overall employee experience — identifying inefficiencies, proposing practical solutions, and implementing changes that make the HR function more effective, responsive, and impactful
  • Support succession planning, retention initiatives, and organisational development projects — contributing HR expertise that helps the organisation build the management pipeline and talent bench needed for sustainable growth

End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process for all role levels — from manpower planning and job brief development through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and formal onboarding and induction activities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific talent requirements, define candidate profiles, and design effective recruitment strategies — ensuring that every hire is the right fit for both the role and the organisational culture
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and professional networks — ensuring the organisation has access to a diverse, high-quality candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements
  • Ensure every new joiner experiences a structured, welcoming, and fully compliant onboarding and induction process — setting new employees up for success from their very first day with the organisation

Employee Relations, Disciplinary & Performance Management

  • Handle all employee relations matters — including grievance receipt and investigation, formal grievance resolution, disciplinary hearing management, and performance improvement plan (PIP) administration — ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant application of policy
  • Conduct conflict resolution processes with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and impartiality — finding balanced, constructive outcomes that protect both the interests of the individual and the organisation
  • Support managers in running effective performance management conversations — coaching them on goal setting, performance review documentation, and development planning in alignment with the organisation’s performance management framework
  • Ensure all disciplinary and grievance activities are fully documented, tracked, and handled in strict compliance with UAE labour law and the organisation’s HR policies and procedures

Employee Lifecycle Management & HR Operations

  • Oversee all employee lifecycle activities — including contract issuance, probation confirmations, salary reviews, internal transfers, promotions, job changes, resignations, terminations, and full offboarding and exit interview management
  • Support payroll inputs, leave administration, attendance tracking, and HR documentation — ensuring all payroll-related data is accurate, current, and submitted to Finance on time every pay cycle without exception
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data with the highest standards of accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality — ensuring all personal, employment, and compensation data is correctly maintained and accessible for authorised users
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labour law across all HR operational activities — including employment contracts, working hour limits, annual leave entitlements, end-of-service calculations, and mandatory regulatory requirements

Learning & Development, Engagement & HR Reporting

  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives across the organisation — identifying training needs, sourcing appropriate development solutions, managing training logistics, and tracking completion and effectiveness to ensure the investment in people development delivers measurable outcomes
  • Lead and coordinate employee engagement programmes — designing and delivering initiatives that build workplace culture, improve morale, strengthen team cohesion, and reduce attrition across the organisation
  • Prepare comprehensive HR reports, KPI dashboards, and workforce analytics for management — providing actionable insights on headcount, attrition, recruitment pipeline, absence trends, and workforce cost data that support strategic HR and business decision-making
  • Ensure HRIS data integrity at all times — managing system updates, running regular data audits, and maintaining the accuracy of all employee, position, and organisational data held within the HR information system

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field from a recognised accredited university — mandatory educational qualification for this senior HR Officer role
