Position Overview
The Junior Barista role is a full-time, on-site position located in Abu Dhabi. The Junior Barista prepares and serves specialty coffee and other beverages, assists with food preparation, and ensures the outlet is clean, organized, and well-stocked, while taking customer orders, handling payments, and providing friendly, efficient service that maintains product quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities
Coffee & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and other beverages to quality and presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation as needed
Customer Service & Order Handling
- Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
- Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest
Outlet Organization & Hygiene
- Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Follow health and safety guidelines throughout daily operations
Team Support & Collaboration
- Support senior team members during service

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer-facing role is an advantage
Essential Skills
- Barista skills, including basic espresso preparation, drink making, and familiarity with specialty coffee
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming experience
- Clear communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Food preparation skills and an understanding of hygiene and safety standards in a cafe environment
