Key Responsibilities
- Manage and steer international export orders for customers.
- Work closely with customers, carriers and internal teams.
- Prepare transport and customs documents.
- Track shipments proactively and keep customers informed.
- Create and check invoices, and analyse costs and profitability.
- Support month-end closing and commercial processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Training as a freight forwarding and logistics clerk (Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung), or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in international freight forwarding or logistics.
- Good English and a structured, solution-focused way of working.
- Enjoyment of customer contact, team spirit and initiative.
