Position Overview
After an intensive onboarding phase in which you get to know all areas of Kramp’s modern logistics operation, the Logistics Supervisor takes over planning and steering of daily operational business in their area. This role keeps an eye on KPIs and budget targets while also being responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, continuously developing employees as a coach and implementing measures for team building and motivation.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, support, and develop an assigned team, implementing measures for team building and employee motivation
- Take responsibility for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team
- Continuously develop team members as a coach
Daily Operations & KPI Management
- Implement effective and efficient daily operational business
- Recognize disruptions in workflow early using logistics KPIs and independently counteract them
- Maintain sustainable control and implementation of work quality and quantity
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate closely with all logistics leadership and interface departments
- Realize relevant KPIs as well as budget and quality targets
- Take responsibility for the administrative areas of goods receipt
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed vocational training in logistics or a comparable qualification
Experience Requirements
- Experience in coordinating or leading employees and knowledge of logistics processes
Essential Skills
- Technical and business understanding, with an affinity for numbers
- Good English and MS Office knowledge
- Reliable, dedicated personality with strong communication skills and assertiveness
