- Perform preventative maintenance on construction and utility-related equipment across Michels’ fleet — completing scheduled service intervals, fluid changes, filter replacements, and system inspections that prevent breakdowns and extend equipment service life
- Repair engine failures on heavy construction and utility equipment — diagnosing mechanical faults accurately, identifying the correct parts and repair methodology, and completing repairs to the standard of quality that Michels’ infrastructure projects demand
