  • Oversee all food production operations to ensure every product is prepared efficiently, consistently, and in full accordance with company quality standards and specification requirements
  • Manage and optimize daily production workflows — identifying bottlenecks, addressing operational inefficiencies, and implementing practical improvements to production processes
  • Ensure seamless coordination between kitchen operations, procurement, logistics, and service requirements to maintain uninterrupted production flow and on-time delivery
  • Maintain and consistently achieve productivity targets while actively supporting the company’s operational growth objectives and business performance goals

Production Planning, Forecasting & Cost Control

  • Lead production planning and demand forecasting activities — ensuring production schedules are aligned with service requirements, procurement lead times, and inventory availability
  • Drive cost efficiency across all production operations — identifying waste reduction opportunities, optimizing labor utilization, and managing operational costs within budget targets
