Position Overview
This QEHS Digital Analyst role at Siemens Energy in Dubai involves leading digitalization initiatives and business process automation to enhance operational efficiency, developing and maintaining KPI dashboards and executive performance scorecards, and analyzing and visualizing data from enterprise systems including Salesforce and SAP to generate actionable insights. Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality, EHS, or Business Analytics
- Proven experience in digital transformation and process automation
- Experience developing management reporting systems
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems
- Familiarity with ISO standards 9001, 45001, 14001, and 27001
- Proficiency in AI-powered tools and advanced analytics
