Position Overview

This Quality Assurance role (Job Code: 6130) in Abu Dhabi, UAE is a professional quality compliance position available exclusively for UAE Nationals under the Emiratization workforce development programme. You will monitor and evaluate internal operational processes to ensure they comply with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements — conducting regular quality audits, inspections, and compliance reviews, identifying process gaps and non-compliance issues, preparing detailed quality reports and corrective action plans, coordinating with internal departments on the closure of quality observations, supporting SOP and documentation development, maintaining accurate quality records, and assisting in customer and service quality improvement initiatives. The role requires 3 years of relevant QA or compliance experience, a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.

Why This Role Matters: As a Quality Assurance professional under Abu Dhabi’s Emiratization programme — with 3 years of QA and compliance experience and bilingual Arabic/English capability — you will contribute to the quality and operational excellence of an Abu Dhabi organisation through rigorous audit, compliance monitoring, and corrective action management, build a specialised professional career in quality assurance within the UAE’s most strategically significant emirate, support your organisation’s commitment to quality standards that protect both customers and the company’s operational reputation, advance the broader national objective of building a skilled and experienced UAE national professional workforce in quality management roles, and develop expertise across the full QA spectrum — from process monitoring and auditing through CAPA management and SOP development — in a structured, professionally rewarding quality assurance environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process Monitoring & Compliance Evaluation

  • Monitor and continuously evaluate internal operational processes across relevant business functions — assessing actual process performance against approved company policies, documented procedures, and applicable quality standards to identify any areas where operations deviate from approved requirements
  • Verify that all process control activities are being executed as defined — checking that quality monitoring tasks, approval requirements, documentation obligations, and operational controls are consistently applied by the relevant teams across the organisation
  • Identify process gaps, procedural non-compliance, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement — documenting findings clearly and professionally, prioritising issues by severity and business impact, and developing well-reasoned recommendations for corrective or improvement actions
  • Assist in customer and client satisfaction monitoring — gathering service quality data, analysing service performance trends, identifying recurring quality issues impacting customer experience, and supporting the implementation of service quality improvement initiatives that measurably enhance the customer’s experience

Quality Audits, Inspections & Compliance Reviews

  • Conduct regular quality checks, internal audits, and formal compliance reviews across assigned operational areas — evaluating adherence to company quality policies, standard operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality management system standards with objectivity and professional rigour
  • Plan and execute audit activities systematically — defining the audit scope, preparing audit checklists and evidence collection tools, conducting on-site or remote audit activities, gathering and evaluating objective evidence, and reaching well-supported compliance conclusions that accurately reflect the actual quality status of the audited area
  • Document audit observations, non-conformances, and best-practice examples with the accuracy and professional clarity that enables management to understand the significance of findings, prioritise corrective actions effectively, and track improvement progress over subsequent audit cycles
  • Conduct follow-up reviews to verify that previously identified non-conformances have been effectively corrected — assessing the completeness and effectiveness of implemented corrective actions and reporting verification outcomes to the QA Manager and relevant stakeholders

Quality Reporting, CAPA & Performance Dashboards

  • Prepare comprehensive quality reports and audit finding summaries — compiling audit results, compliance metrics, non-conformance statistics, risk assessments, and corrective action status into well-structured, professionally presented reports that provide management with clear visibility of quality performance across the organisation
  • Develop and track corrective action plans for identified quality non-conformances and compliance gaps — ensuring that each corrective action is clearly defined with an accountable owner, an achievable target date, and a verification mechanism that confirms the action has been effectively implemented and the underlying issue resolved
  • Maintain and update quality performance dashboards — tracking key quality metrics including audit scores, non-conformance rates, corrective action closure rates, and compliance trend data — providing management with real-time visibility of quality performance and emerging risk areas
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely closure of quality observations and corrective actions — following up professionally with department owners, tracking action progress, escalating overdue items appropriately, and ensuring that the organisation’s quality improvement commitments are fulfilled within agreed timeframes

SOP Development, Documentation & Records Management

  • Support the development, periodic review, and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, process checklists, and quality documentation — ensuring that all quality management documentation accurately reflects current approved operational practices and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Maintain quality records and documentation in an organised, accurate, and audit-ready state — ensuring that all quality monitoring records, audit reports, CAPA documentation, inspection records, and compliance evidence are correctly identified, properly stored, and immediately retrievable for management review or external inspection
  • Ensure that all quality-related records and documents are maintained in line with internal document control requirements and applicable regulatory or certification obligations — maintaining the documentation integrity that underpins the organisation’s ability to demonstrate quality management system compliance
  • Support internal document control activities — coordinating the review, approval, distribution, and version control of quality documents, ensuring that current approved versions are accessible to all relevant users and that superseded documents are promptly withdrawn from operational use

Qualifications & Requirements

Eligibility

  • UAE National — this position is exclusively open to UAE Nationals under the Emiratization programme; non-UAE nationals are not eligible to apply for this position
