Position Overview
This Group Quality Management Representative (QMR) role in Sahab, Amman is a full-time, on-site senior quality management position at the heart of a diversified industrial group’s Integrated Management System governance. You will be the primary custodian of the Group’s IMS — monitoring system effectiveness, coordinating internal and external audit programmes, tracking non-conformities and corrective actions, analyzing KPI and performance data, and delivering management-level quality reports and dashboards. The role requires a minimum of four years of QMS or IMS experience, strong ISO 9001:2015 knowledge, internal auditor certification, and demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems — particularly Odoo. Key Responsibilities
Integrated Management System (IMS) Monitoring & Maintenance
- Monitor and maintain the effectiveness of the Group’s Integrated Management System (IMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and group quality policies
- Ensure all IMS documentation, procedures, records, and controls are current, complete, and consistently applied across all business units within the group
- Identify gaps in IMS implementation across group entities, propose remediation strategies, and follow through to ensure corrective actions are effectively closed
- Support the continual improvement cycle of the IMS by analyzing system performance data, benchmarking against best practices, and recommending enhancement initiatives
Internal & External Audit Coordination
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal audits across all relevant departments and business units within the group in accordance with the annual audit programme
- Lead or participate in internal audits as a certified Internal Auditor, ensuring findings are accurately documented, communicated, and tracked to resolution
- Coordinate and support external certification audits — including ISO 9001:2015 surveillance and recertification audits — by preparing audit-ready documentation and stakeholder briefings
- Monitor and follow up on all audit nonconformities, corrective actions, and preventive measures to ensure timely and effective closure across all group entities
KPI Monitoring, Analysis & Management Reporting
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and management system performance indicators on a regular basis to track quality performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive, accurate, and visually clear reports and dashboards for Top Management covering IMS performance, audit results, corrective actions, and quality trends
- Conduct structured root cause analysis for non-conformities, process failures, and quality incidents and support the implementation of effective and sustainable corrective actions
- Utilize Odoo ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities to consolidate, analyze, and present operational quality and performance data to senior leadership
Process Improvement & Corrective Action Management
- Lead and support process improvement activities across business units by identifying inefficiencies, analyzing root causes, and recommending practical corrective and preventive actions
- Drive continual improvement initiatives through systematic analysis of quality data, audit findings, customer feedback, and operational performance trends
- Coordinate with department heads and process owners to ensure corrective action plans are realistic, well-resourced, and implemented within agreed timelines
- Leverage ERP system data — particularly Odoo — to support reporting workflows, performance monitoring, and the tracking of improvement project outcomes
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline
- Internal Auditor certification is required — Lead Auditor certification is a significant competitive advantage for this group-level role
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) or Integrated Management Systems (IMS) — ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements — knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an additional advantage
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems in a quality management or operational reporting context — Odoo ERP experience is highly preferred
