Position Overview
This Supply Chain Warehouse Officer role manages all day-to-day operations of the Uniform Distribution Centre, ensuring uniform items are issued to Emirates Group employees according to their entitlements. You will lead the inventory team, review purchase requisitions, conduct physical stocktakes, monitor stock levels, and manage relationships with user departments to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Uniform Distribution & Issuance
- Responsible for all measurements and issuance of uniform items to Emirates employees per staff entitlements
- Adhere to company standards and arrange necessary adjustments or alterations
Procurement & Inventory Management
- Review requisitions for stock item purchases to meet department demands in a timely manner
- Monitor and follow up on the status of ordered items with buyers and suppliers
- Lead physical stocktakes, identify and reconcile discrepancies, and provide recommendations to management
- Analyze monthly cycle count inventory reports to minimize stockholding costs
Customer Service & Team Leadership
- Ensure Uniform Distribution Centre employees provide excellent customer service
- Identify and address daily operational problems, escalating to management when necessary
- Establish and monitor objectives for reporting employees, ensuring motivation and timely performance reviews
Project & Cross-Department Support
- Support relevant projects within the scope of Emirates Uniform Stores
- Manage relationships with various user departments across Emirates Group
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Degree or Honours qualification (12+3 or equivalent)
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in non-aircraft procurement
- Experience in inventory management, including inventory control procedures, stock management, data entry, and record keeping, preferably in garment, apparel, or textile industries
- 3+ years of experience at a supervisory level within a large service organisation
- Experience using Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus
