Position Overview
This Shift Supervisor Logistics role involves ensuring smooth warehouse operations during assigned shifts at a logistics site in the Diemelstadt area, Hesse. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team on a daily basis

Cross-Department Coordination
- Coordinate communication between inbound, outbound, and production departments
- Ensure alignment across departments to avoid delays or bottlenecks

- Support smooth handovers between shifts and departments
Quality, Safety & Scheduling
- Maintain quality and safety compliance throughout all shift operations
- Plan staff schedules to ensure adequate shift coverage
- Manage vacation requests while maintaining operational continuity
- Support adherence to company policies and safety regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Initial leadership experience in logistics or warehouse management
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or production setting
Availability & Language Requirements
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
- German or English required; Russian is a plus
