Position Overview
This Supply Chain Planner (m/f/d) role at SKYLOTEC involves production planning and control, scheduling of manufacturing and procurement processes, and ensuring timely and complete customer deliveries (OTIF). You will monitor inventory, material availability, and key supply chain KPIs, initiate measures in case of deviations, and continuously identify and implement optimization potential across the end-to-end supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Control
- Production planning and control taking into account material availability, capacities and delivery dates
- Planning and scheduling of manufacturing and procurement processes
- Balance production capacity against demand to avoid bottlenecks and delays
Delivery Performance & OTIF
- Ensuring timely and complete customer deliveries (OTIF)
- Initiating measures in case of deviations from delivery plans
- Coordinating with production and logistics teams to resolve delivery risks
Inventory & Supply Chain KPI Monitoring
- Monitoring and control of inventory levels and material availability
- Tracking relevant supply chain KPIs across the planning function
- Cross-company optimization of the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain
Continuous Improvement
- Identification and implementation of optimization potential in daily work
- Continuous improvement of supply chain processes and planning methods
- Applying AI-supported approaches to enhance forecasting and planning accuracy
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed studies or vocational training in logistics/supply chain management or a similar technical field
Experience Requirements
- Professional experience in the field of Supply Chain Planning
- Good knowledge of ERP systems or Advanced Planning Software (APS)
