Position Overview
This Food Quality Auditor role in Dubai is a full-time position combining regular office-based reporting with active field visits to franchise outlets, central kitchens, and supplier locations across the UAE. As the independent quality evaluation function within the business, you will be responsible for conducting both scheduled and surprise audits, scoring outlet performance against defined quality metrics, delivering training to operations staff, and investigating and resolving customer quality complaints. The role requires a professional with at least three years of food quality auditing experience, a solid grasp of ISO 9001, HACCP, or BRCGS standards, and the interpersonal strength to deliver constructive feedback that drives genuine improvement at every level of the franchise network.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Audits & Inspections
- Conduct both scheduled and unannounced quality audits and inspections of franchise outlets to ensure compliance with company specifications
- Document all findings thoroughly, score outlet performance accurately, and prepare detailed audit reports for management review
- Evaluate product quality against sensory, aesthetic, and portion standards before they reach the end customer
- Perform routine spot checks across branch operations to verify day-to-day adherence to recipe compliance and brand quality metrics
Training & Development
- Develop and deliver targeted training programs for operations teams and outlet staff on auditing criteria and brand quality expectations
- Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to help operations teams understand audit findings and take corrective action effectively
- Create training materials covering food quality standards, operational procedures, and company brand compliance requirements
- Support franchise outlets in building a strong internal quality culture that sustains standards between formal audits
Quality Control Process Management
- Review, assess, and continuously monitor quality control processes across all franchise and branch outlets in the network
- Ensure robust verification systems are in place so that all products meet the company’s sensory, aesthetic, and portion standards
- Conduct trend analysis on audit data to identify recurring quality issues and recommend systemic improvements
- Maintain up-to-date quality management documentation and audit tracking records in compliance with ISO and HACCP requirements
Customer Feedback & Complaint Resolution
- Collaborate with operations teams to investigate the root causes of customer concerns related to product consistency and quality
- Develop and implement practical improvements based on customer feedback data and complaint patterns
- Track resolution of quality complaints and verify that corrective actions have been effectively implemented at outlet level
- Provide management with timely insights and recommendations to prevent recurrence of quality-related customer issues
Reporting & Documentation
- Submit comprehensive daily reports covering all audit and spot check results, including detailed collective action points
- Maintain accurate, structured records of all quality audits, findings, scores, and corrective actions for management and compliance purposes
- Prepare trend reports, performance summaries, and quality dashboards to support management decision-making across the franchise network
- Use Microsoft Office Suite and quality management or audit tracking software to maintain all reporting and documentation standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, or a closely related field
- Internal or external Auditor Certification such as ISO 9001, BRCGS, or an equivalent recognized quality standard is highly preferred
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food quality auditing, quality assurance, or a related food industry role
- Demonstrated experience conducting formal audits, performing trend analysis, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Background in food manufacturing, central kitchen operations, or restaurant franchise environments is highly relevant
